Dekalb
County could save 3.5
million gallons of water per day by refitting old homes with modern plumbing
fixtures. The city council is considering legislation that would capture this
savings, an important and cost efficient way to save water in the face of a
severe drought.
Send the email below to the county commission and ask them
to pass this important measure.
